Danny Efland made his third NASACR Busch start on Saturday, September 22nd on the Dover Monster Mile. "The SHRED 360/ACCURATE MANUFACTURING Chevy Monte Carlo was an excellent race car," said Danny. "Johnny Davis and the crew worked hard during practice and by qualifying we were strong. Our 37th qualifying position reflected the gains made on the car" continued Danny. "At the start of the race I found that I really liked this track and the car was beginning to come in. It was my first time on a high banked track and we were running against many of the biggest names in NASCAR. By lap 48 we were settled in to about the 28th position where I found I could run comfortably and on the lead lap. But it was not to be! The track turned in a 'Monster' when I had a right front tire cut down and sent me straight into the wall out of turn 4. I found out how hard the 'soft' walls can be at about 135 miles per hour! I really want to thank Johnny Davis, his crew and our sponsors for believing in me and I can't wait to run these cars again!"

Today Irmo native Danny Efland announced that he would be driving the Johnny Davis Motorsports #01 Monte Carlo on September 22, 2007 in the NASCAR Busch Series race at Dover, DE.

18 year old Danny has secured sponsorship from Shred 360 and Accurate Manufacturing’s Hot & Cold Medical Gel Pack Brand.

The Shred 360 Chevy Monte Carlo returned to Dillon on Saturday night, September 8th. " The car was transitioning just right in the turns and was really good, I thought we would run very well" said Danny. After an excellent start there was a wreck envolving several cars including Danny's! The crew changed a tire and patched up some body damage but evidently the toe was knocked out a little and the car did not handle as well - leading to a 7th place finish!
